Age limitations are rubbish.
With each new milestone: 40, 50, 60, and beyond, you hear more of this garbage…
“Slow down, you aren’t as young as you used to be!”
“You’re not a spring chicken anymore.”

I call BS.
And during the lockdowns I proved it to my son and myself.
See, my son had to do his PE class at home.
He found some great fitness videos on YouTube and asked if I wanted to join him
I love bonding with my kids.
We did 11 minutes of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
I was feeling good about myself.
“Hey dad, do you want to do another one?”
11 minutes later, I am feeling very proud. 22 minutes of HIIT baby.
Are you kidding me?”
“What’s wrong old man? Can’t you handle it grandpa?”
“If you talk to me like that, I’ll go till I drop.”
33 minutes later, I almost did drop…
But it wasn’t till 55 minutes of HIIT that we were both cooked.
I had no idea I could go 55 minutes!
That’s 5x more than what I thought was my limit.
