Porque, cuando soy en Espana, en casas, ‘se vende’ o ‘se alquiler’, que es ‘se’ aqui.
When I am in Spain I see boards on properties, for sale or rent with ‘Se Vende’ or Se Alquiler’.
What does the se mean here?.

Hi, Marcus! Just wanted to thank you for your clear and logical explanation. All your lessons are wonderful.
I just wanted to point out the one thing that I find very confusing. That thing is how your website or page is organized. You give multiple links that are of the same color and resemble each other. Since you created and organized all material and all new courses by yourself, you navigate them easily. To me, all links look the same. It does not matter if you gave explanation before every link introduction. It is the same grey or blue text. Every time you introduce a new course or offering something, material blends in previous multiple offers. I bet, you got tired from my e- mail. It is circling around the same subject. That is how your page looks to me. And this is a pity. Your method deserves adequate web representation. I hope I did not offend you. One of your greatful students.

I am two thirds of the way through Synergy Spanish and am enjoying it enormously. I’ve been asking my poor husband to ask me questions in English which I then translate into Spanish, along with the answers!
This lesson is good, but I find it a little bit long. If you divide this material for three sessions, it would be perfect for me.

Thanks for your explanation on how to use Reflexive verbs. Certainly with the use of “get” the sentences make better sense. I have to admit the audio/video “Hard Spanish Made Easy” on your previous email is better than just “audio” as appear to be the case with the 5 Conversation Multipliers that come with “Bola de Nieve”
This lesson really helped to explain some of the difficulties uncounted in understanding Spanish reflexive verbs and was up to your usual excellent standard.in teaching Spanish.

I also found the female voice to be almost like a Jalisco landed macho cowboy. Like their’s, her accent is a gross exaggeration of the Spanish accent in Mexico. And Mexican Spanish is amongst the best in the world. Plus, sometimes she does almost a double R roll on a single R and other times she doesn’t. So the pronunciation isn’t consistent. Her Spanish doesn’t sound like any Spanish that I have heard living in Mexico for the last 9 years. And it doesn’t sound like any Spanish, except maybe in Madrid, that I heard living in Spain a few decades ago. She makes your lessons harder to learn than they need to be. And, while her pronunciation might impress a few at a snobby cocktail party, they wouldn’t impress anyone living on Lake Chapala nor on the Costalegre in Jalisco. This isn’t how Mexicans speak Spanish.
She is actually from Mexico.
What I ( learned ) at my night school class now makes sense. Thanks Marcus, one of the good guys.

Thank you very much – you are so generous with your free samples. But the arse and se are still confusing. I’ll learn the sample sentences by heart and try them out on someone. Maybe this way I’ll get used to using this funny way of speaking.

I am so confused now, which are the emails from Bola de Nieve, and which are simply the tasters that you send out to tempt us. I haven’t paid my 1st full month, because I don’t understand what’s happening quite. I am not aware that I’ve received 5 Conversation Multipliers. Have I done something wrong?
I have to say that I find the Spanish lady speaking in your video very hard to hear her pronunciation and this is making it very hard to grasp, has anyone else found this with her? The male voice was so much easier to understand.
